Who is RKtech?

RKtech is a father and son team working from southwest suburban Chicago, Illinois to serve small business information technology (IT) support needs. RKTech staff has earned academic credentials including a Masters Degree in Information Technology and various Microsoft server certifications. We are experienced in a wide variety of technologies. We appreciate the privilege to serve our clients and work to do so without interrupting their workflow.

RKtech support includes documenting our work. Anything we do on your systems, onsite, remotely or on your behalf is provided to you at the end of the month so you know exactly what's been done.

Does RKtech require contracts to receive service?

No, we're available to help you with any tech you don't want to handle

Do you do residential work?

We support small businesses and as needed their staff home computer system needs but do not solicit residential work.

Rates for different services?

Our rate is $124 per hour while on task. Under some conditions a 15 minute minimum applies.. We charge for one way travel to work sites at the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate.

Depending on the need there may be no delay between the time your identify a need to us and our response.
